Amanda’s practice focuses on advising business owners through all stages, from formations to succession planning. Amanda understands that the law is complex and that it can be difficult to access a thorough, yet simple explanation of its application. It’s important to her to advise clients well to ensure they feel confident in their understanding of the law and how it applies to their business. She values the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and to help them achieve their goals.
When not at work you can find Amanda chasing her toddler around the park, fumbling her way into becoming a decent home chef, watching reality TV, or relaxing with a good novel.
