The search for new talent increases as our firm continues to grow. The seasoned attorneys at Landerholm are committed to working one-on-one with each summer associate who joins us for the summer, serving as dedicated mentors and ensuring they are given opportunities to explore each of our legal departments to help determine which areas of law best suit their unique strengths and abilities.
Believing in the immeasurable importance of gaining hands-on experience, we provide exposure to multiple aspects of the legal field by including our summer associates in real court hearings, depositions, board meetings, trials, mediations, client meetings, arbitrations, closings, and other professional meetings. Additionally, we support relationship-building and connection-forming within our local business community by inclusion in rewarding out-of-office activities.
