Dan is a member of Landerholm’s litigation group, focused on representing clients in both state and federal courts. Before pursuing law, he spent more than 10 years in sales, where he developed strong communication and problem-solving skills that continue to inform his approach to legal practice. Dan worked as a law clerk at Landerholm between his first and second year of law school, where he gained valuable experience and built close working relationships with the firm’s attorneys and clients.
During law school, Dan served as Lead Article Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review, where he honed his legal writing and research skills while contributing to the development of published legal scholarship. This experience deepened his passion for the law and solidified his commitment to providing thoughtful, well-reasoned advice to clients.
Dan is focused on handling a variety of litigation matters and is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal issues with clarity and effectiveness. His prior experience in sales gives him a unique ability to understand the business side of his clients’ challenges, and enables him to approach cases with both legal insight and a practical perspective.
Outside of work, Dan is usually found with his wife and young daughter making memories and exploring new places. He also enjoys playing golf, cooking, and participating in recreational softball and basketball leagues.
