Hailey’s legal practice focuses on advising and counseling Washington state business owners throughout the entity formation and transformational stages of a business. From organizational questions to succession planning, she enjoys finding a variety of solutions to the potential legal issues business owners may come up against. Hailey is passionate about collaborating with clients to achieve their goals for themselves and their businesses.
Outside of work, Hailey loves cooking for her friends and family, roller skating, and playing strategy based-board games.
