Jason Rosenbaum is an attorney with Landerholm’s litigation group whose practice includes real estate, construction, and business litigation. A native of Long Island, New York, Jason clerked for the seniormost trial judge in the Commercial Division of the New York County Supreme Court in Manhattan before practicing law at several New York firms, where he gained years of litigation experience. Jason has now taken his lawyering talents to the West Coast.
Jason understands that the most persuasive legal argument is one that is clear, cogent, and addressed to the target audience. To that end, Jason has drafted countless pleadings, motions, and briefs that have advanced his clients’ interests in situations that at first seemed hopeless. As an English major and an Ivy League law graduate, Jason takes great pride in his legal writing, always striving to deliver a superb work product.
When he is not zealously advocating for his clients at court or in the office, Jason can be found enjoying a craft beverage at one of his many favorite coffee shops and breweries throughout Vancouver and Portland, or spending time with his parents, sister, brother-in-law, and nephew in Ridgefield.
