A member of Landerholm’s business group, Rebecca Bellay focuses her legal practice on corporate and commercial transactions, including entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, commercial vendor negotiations, intellectual property, healthcare, employment, and helping clients with their general business legal needs.
Rebecca prides herself on being able to effectively communicate with and help people from all avenues of life. Whether they are a seasoned executive, venture capitalist, start-up, or taking their first steps into starting their own business, she endeavors to communicate with her clients in a way that is uniquely tailored to them.
Prior to Landerholm, Rebecca owned her own law firm and was an associate at a mid-sized business law firm in Texas. She knows that the joys (and struggles) of starting, owning, or working in a business create a wide array of legal issues, and she enjoys helping her clients solve these issues so they can get back to their business. Rebecca’s goal is to create long-term relationships and provide her clients with peace of mind that, should an issue arise, a trusted legal advisor is only a call away.
Rebecca is a born and bred Texan and is excited about exploring the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys going on hikes with her young daughter, as well as (attempting to) rollerblade and watching cheesy mystery movies.
