Prior to his involvement in the legal field, Roy Pyatt was a construction worker. These first-hand experiences have equipped him in understanding the specific situations and needs of his clients. Since joining Landerholm, P.S. immediately following his completion of law school in 2008, Roy has proven himself a leader within the firm’s real estate practice. Clients routinely trust Roy with high value development projects and other real estate transactions throughout Southwest Washington and Northern Oregon. Whether it’s handling a multi-million dollar real estate project or a smaller-scale single-family residence, Roy works diligently to provide his clients with the highest quality attention and care.

Raised in Nevada, Roy has a natural fondness for the outdoors. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hiking, and biking with his wife and five children.

Legal matters don’t exist in a vacuum. They can substantially impact my clients’ lives and livelihoods.
