Tim maintains an active construction, real estate, and general business practice. He provides both business advice and transactional and litigation services for private and public clients including, but not limited to, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, developers, and owners. Tim represents these entities in matters relating to construction disputes, public and private contract drafting, payment disputes, defect litigation, bid disputes, licensing and registration, dispute resolutions, lien/bond claims, and general business advice.
