We are pleased to announce that Landerholm’s Semi-Annual Employment Law Seminar will be transitioning to an annual format. Our vision is to expand our panel of speakers and accommodate a higher capacity of attendees. However, in compliance with the current public health guidelines, Landerholm’s first “official” Annual Employment Law Seminar will be held virtually using Zoom’s video conferencing software and will be free of charge.

Bryce Sinner will be a guest speaker for an upcoming CLE webinar presented by the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) Construction Law Section and in partnership with Stoel Rives LLP. His talk, “COVID-19 Impacts on the Construction Industry and Workforce,” will cover the governor’s proclamation, supplemental guidance, ongoing issues as the construction industry goes back to work, and more.

James P. Sikora will be leading a webinar hosted by Southwest Washington’s Society for Human Resource Management (SW SHRM). He will discuss managing federal and state protected leave laws and wage and hour compliance for remote workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
