On Saturday, May 7, the “Landerholm Law-bradoodles” participated in the annual Walk/Run for the Animals in downtown Vancouver. The purpose of this event is to help support homeless animals in the Southwest Washington community by providing them with a “warm place to sleep, full bellies, and lots of love while they wait for their forever families.” This year, the Humane Society raised over $209,000!

Landerholm, P.S. recently had the opportunity to assist with a couple of projects at the Open House Ministries campus. Located in downtown Vancouver, Open House Ministries is a faith-based, non-profit organization that equips homeless families with shelter and the tools necessary for resolving issues that lead to poverty and homelessness. We are grateful for the incredible work they do in our community, and for the Landerholm staff who enthusiastically volunteered on a particularly chilly Sunday morning!
We are pleased to announce that litigation attorney Bryce Sinner has been elected as a shareholder with the firm.
Since starting at Landerholm, P.S. as an associate attorney in 2017, Bryce has helped clients navigate the ins and outs of construction law, disputes, contracts, procurements, and civil litigation. He draws from a wealth of hands-on experience which includes over ten years of involvement with Southwest Washington Contractors Association and his previous employment experience serving as corporate counsel for a large construction company.

As fall 2021 approaches, we reflect on one of our favorite memories from the summer–picking up litter at Klineline Pond within Salmon Creek Regional Park. We are grateful for the Landerholm staff and attorneys who enthusiastically volunteered on an early Saturday morning, and we thank the Clark County Public Works Department who helped us plan and coordinate this event. Their organizing efforts help keep our parks looking beautiful!
Equipping Fruit Valley Learning Center students with school supplies has been a longstanding tradition at Landerholm. Our attorneys and staff always look forward to our annual school supply drive, and we are grateful to have had that opportunity again for the 2021 school year!

As part of the firm’s litigation group, Nick will focus his practice on representing clients in state and federal courts.
